The charge that you are referring to has not yet been processed against your account. The status of the charge is "Pending." A pending status on a statement means that your bank or financial institution has set aside the requisite funds for the full membership price in advance for payment to CCBill. We ask for advanced authorization in order to make sure the funds for the full membership are available before the free trial is granted. If a subscription is canceled during a free trial period, the funds will usually be released within three to five business days after the cancellation has been received. Please contact your bank or financial institution for more information regarding the status of your pending charge and what actions might be taken on their part to release the funds back into your account. If they need some verification from us in order to release the hold we will be happy to work with your bank to get things resolved quickly.

So just contact your bank and ask them when they would release the pending charge.

It will not be processed because the subscription was canceled.

The payment was not even processed.

Your bank only put a hold on the charge.

We did not process it.

So it is up to your bank to release the payment if it is still pending.

It is not the refund, it is only them removing the pending hold.

You have to ask them about their pending hold policy.
